About The Federal Teaming Review
Last updated October 31, 2026
The Federal Teaming Review publishes research on how the federal government buys and how prime contractors and subcontractors work together. Our work is built on public records: USAspending.gov award and subaward data, SAM.gov registrations and notices, agency acquisition forecasts, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and reports from the Government Accountability Office. Every factual claim is cited to its source.
We write for small businesses looking for teaming partners and subcontracting work, for business development and capture teams at prime contractors, and for the small-business advocates who help both.
What we are not
We are not a government website, and no federal agency endorses or sponsors this publication. Mentions of an agency, its programs or its staff are reporting, not endorsement.
Ownership and funding
The Federal Teaming Review is published by Dataflowhub LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. The same company operates FedSub, a subscription research platform that links federal prime contracts to the first-tier subcontracts reported under them. FedSub's revenue pays for this publication.
That makes us an interested party whenever we write about federal contracting research tools. We say so next to every mention of FedSub, we point readers to the free government sources first, and we never present coverage of FedSub as an independent review. The publication carries no advertising and accepts no payment for coverage.
How we work
The publication has no newsroom and no staff writers, and articles carry the publication's name rather than a personal byline. Research is drafted with AI assistance from the public sources cited in each article, and every factual claim is checked against those sources before publication. Dataflowhub LLC is responsible for everything we publish. Our editorial standards explain the rules we follow.
